Allow to edit Paid Invoices

Hello sometimes we have to add to the students invoices but when the invoice says paid then we cannot edit invoice, we have to go to the payment transaction and click cancelled and then have to edit invoice go back to transaction and click it back to paid and then add the other fee that was paid. Lets make the invoice more edit friendly.
