Requesting automated payment reminder emails (for all payment methods) that could be sent out a different times leading up to the due date, for example, 10 days before, then 5 days before, day of, and a past due email after the due date. Along with that, being able to customize the reminder emails or create custom email templates to be sent out, especially if important institutional payment instructions / policies need to be included in the emails. It takes a lot of manpower to do this manually for every student, so it would be great for this feature to be added.
