I own a cosmetology / esthetics school that work by clock hours instead of credit hours. Each student must complete a certain number of hours depending on their chosen program. Instead of a daily attendance marked present, absent, tardy, etc. it would be helpful for students to be able to use their id card we create to clock in and out daily and for them to see a running total of their hours completed. It would also be helpful if it had an override function from admin or instructors if a student forgets to clock out, takes lunch but does not clock out, had to have deductions for some reason, etc. The the last helpful thing would be for admin to be able to download a report containing a daily log of hours for reporting to the state board.
