We are having an issue from all our campuses where when they enter comments into their subjects for assessments, sometimes the comment is replaced by one that a different teacher made from a different subject. We have had at least 10 different teachers report this. Our structure for assessments are that we made 1 assessment per category and put all of the subjects from a single stage(class/section) into the one assessment, would this be affecting it? We need a solution as it happens a lot when we have multiple educators entering comments into subjects at the same time, my guess is they overwrite each others work accidently when clicking the save button?
