To help manage credit balances and limit manual transactions in Credit Balance, may I suggest that there should be a link between overpayments when capturing payments and credit balances for students, whereby when a student is credited with an overpayment, the system automatically carries over the overpayment into CREDIT BALANCE. This limits manual additions of credit balances for payments made directly via the portal or received in banks and updated by accountants, and allows all payment transactions to be done in one location.
