CRM: Map forms submitted via public url

On CRM Forms, Is there a way to enable capturing a student's Classe365 username/account email (in the way that Google Forms does), so that a form submission could be automatically linked to the student's form submissions on their profile, even when they access the form from a public link? Similar for teachers?
