Earned Credits & GPA Computation Norms: When a student failed a course, the credits of that failed course is not earned and is not consider as a completed credits however, it credit hours will be use to compute the GPA. On Classe365: The problem begins from course status for failed courses. Any status other than completed will leave the course grade in-active as a result, the credit hours does not play any role on the GPA/CGPA calculation. When the course status is changed to completed, the grade is active and the credits hours is included in the GPA calculation which is fine but the credits hours of the failed course is considered as earned/completed credits which is not right b. Failed Course Retake Issue Norms: When a course is failed, the course is retake again which duplicates that same course in two different semester/academic sessions. This also mean the course credits is calculated number of times the student took the course in the CGPA calculation (i.e 2 credits course t
