'Filter' options for student activities replicate for each profile for that user

When viewing a student profile, specifically the Activities tab, Reviews and Private Notes can be lost due to the enrolment updates etc which causes confusion for users. It can get mundane for users to have to deselect the enrolments option in the filter box. It would be great if the selected filters could be applied over each student profile for that specific user.
