Another good feature you can add is to provide a more granular access control to the CRM form module. We had a situation where we added sub-admins with read/write/delete privileges, so that they can control form submissions. Since the delete permission is for the entire forms module, they are able to delete some of the forms. The only way to get the forms back is to re-create them. That was not fun at all. In addition to permissions, it would also be nice to be able to download the forms as a backup.
