Leave Request and Contact Support availability on the Parent Mobile App

Request: Replicate the existing web portal functionality for Leave Requests and Contact Support directly into the mobile app interface.
Current Workflow: Parents must exit the mobile app, open a web browser, and sign in to the web portal to submit an absence or contact a teacher.
Benefit: Eliminates multiple logins, simplifies the parent experience by keeping key tasks within the app, and drives mobile app engagement.
