new type of discussion forum in Flip Class

We need to have much better discussion forum where students can responds to discussion forum and where the responses can be graded. There need to be different type of discussion forum in the Flip Class so that it is part of the Lection or Lecture. We want the same function of disucssion forum as Moodle and Canvas,

The Discussion Forum need to be able to manage by teacher and grading and other functions.
