We would like to submit a feature request regarding access controls for student personal data, particularly in relation to GDPR compliance and data protection best practices. Exporting student personal data Currently, admin users are able to download/export personal data for all students in the school. From a GDPR perspective, and given our role as a data processor, we need to take appropriate steps to minimise access to sensitive personal information. We would therefore like to request that this export functionality be restricted so that it is only accessible to super administrators. As an alternative, this could be implemented as a permission-based feature that super administrators can enable or disable for admin users as required. Restricting access to address information Ideally, we would also like the ability to restrict access to student address information, so that only specific administrators or roles can view this data within Classe365.
