Instead of navigating the system structure first, a scanning device (tablet, smartphone, or dedicated scanner) is placed at a designated entry point (e.g., the school entrance).
Each student carries an ID card with a unique QR code. They simply flash their card at the scanner upon entry.
The system automatically identifies the student from the QR data, looks up their class, and logs them into the correct class instantly without any teacher intervention.
