When downloading student list, identify required fields to enable easier uploading

There are times when the most efficient way to update student profiles is to download the student list, add/amend the relevant fields and then re-upload the student data updating the profiles. It would be good if, when downloading the student list, the required fields are highlighted with an asterisk or similar to ensure efficient uploading again
