It would be nice to have another option/place to put students who are neither currently enrolled nor alumni of the program. If it could be a sub-feature in the alumni model that also links to the email feature when selecting who to send to. Right now we move withdrawn students to Alumni, but being able to quickly distinguish alumni from withdrawn students would make the communication features more useful.

It shouldn't be a chargeable feature. Having to use alumni for withdrawn students is really poor.
